You will develop end-to-end analytical solutions and provide data-driven strategic insights to drive business transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requirements into fully realized analytical solutions and technical methodologies.
• Conduct exploratory analysis and apply statistical or mathematical techniques for risk analysis.
• Streamline processes and reporting through Python and VBA automation.
• Partner with client analytic groups to map business-specific data sources, elements, and relationships.
• Support and upskill users one-on-one or in small groups on solution-building tools.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Power BI, UiPath, and Advanced Alteryx.
• Proficiency in writing DAX functions.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and R for statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with database management systems including Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access, and PowerPoint with VBA programming expertise.
• Knowledge of text analytics, NLP techniques, and AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to distill complex data from disparate sources into actionable analysis.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex material to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAS Viya.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI/data visualization tools.
