Analyze customer behavior and feature usage to drive key performance indicators. You will evaluate the relationship between existing KPIs and higher-level company metrics to quantify ROI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and product interactions to identify drivers of Customer Success and Customer Experience KPIs.
• Evaluate the relationship between existing KPIs and higher-level company metrics and ROI.
• Quantify how incremental KPI improvements impact overall business performance.
• Determine which specific customer actions have the most significant impact on performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency with QlikSense.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience using GitHub for version control.
• Expertise in analyzing and defining KPIs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
