Description

Apply quantitative methods to analyze product performance and support data-driven decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics, reporting methods, and business case models including opportunity sizing, impact analysis, and forecasting.
• Build and update dbt models to improve dataset availability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design technical processes that solve business problems.
• Automate the delivery of data views, dashboards, and self-service exploration using Looker and dbt.
• Present analytical findings and visualizations to leadership via effective presentations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics role focused on reporting development.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying data and performing complex analysis.
• Experience developing dbt models.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience with data modeling in Looker.
• Ability to summarize analysis and communicate findings using Powerpoint or Google Slides.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Metabase, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Scripting experience in Python.
• Experience working with Airflow.
