Analyze datasets and build reports to support Digital Experience In-Store Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets to drive actionable insights.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Support Digital Experience In-Store Platforms.
• Collaborate with CJA analysts and CX platform managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Expertise in Tableau.
• Experience using Tableau Prep.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or CRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Journey Analytics.
