Description

You will bridge HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights through secure, persona-based data models.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HR Analytics stakeholders to mockup datasets for self-service consumption via BI tools.
• Collaborate with HR Data Scientists to define requirements for Machine Learning models.
• Partner with Data Engineering to model secure datasets using row-level security.
• Own sprint stories and communicate design and development strategies to all stakeholders.
• Manage user testing, including the production of test plans, scripts, and defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in data modeling, wrangling, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Strong command of SQL databases and ETL technologies.
• Experience with Snowflake and data lake technologies.
• Knowledge of APIs for data distribution.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including functions and pivot tables.
• Understanding of security models and row-level security concepts.
• Ability to handle data procurement, cleaning, transforming, and ingestion.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
