Responsibilities

• Gather, elaborate, and document technical requirements through direct client discussions.
• Analyze business processes to identify and suggest specific improvements.
• Assimilate disparate information to define clear problem statements.
• Manage multiple competing priorities independently using a structured approach.
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation cycles.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Expertise in SQL or PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating new technologies and business workflows.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for client-facing work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
