You will own workforce and labor analytics to drive forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Apply qualitative, AI, and average forecasting methods to labor data.
• Perform data cleaning and preparation to ensure dataset integrity.
• Execute data exploration and wrangling using Python.
• Build and maintain data visualizations in Power BI.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analyst roles.
• 5+ years of experience in labor forecasting methods.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data wrangling.
• Experience with data cleaning and preparation workflows.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Foundational statistical knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
