Manage and analyze complex medical, dental, and mental health claims datasets to support healthcare access initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and process healthcare claims data from various health centers.
• Operate and manage large, complex datasets involving medical and dental visit information.
• Conduct technical research and statistical analysis within public health or economic contexts.
• Apply methodologies to perform probabilistic data linkage using SAS.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of technical research and statistical analysis experience in epidemiology, public health, economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the use, operation, and management of database systems.
• Intermediate to advanced SAS programming skills, specifically for probabilistic data linkage.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 12 semester hours in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Operations Research, or Market Research.
• Experience in Information Technology Project Development or Business Process Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with R or Python.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or ArcGIS for data visualization.
• Master's level coursework in epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
