Description

You will analyze business processes and data lifecycles to identify pain points and technical requirements within Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data and perform entity resolution to resolve semantic conflicts and structural mismatches.
• Decompose requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage metadata, process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining product and sprint backlogs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts, including BRDs and RTMs.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum.
• Extensive experience in enterprise data management and the data lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into dataset requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with operational data stores, data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
• Experience with SDLC processes and managing acceptance processes.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, CSPO, or CDMMP certifications.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server and work item tracking.
