You will design and implement data architecture and platforms within the payments domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build modern data architecture from the ground up using streaming and batch processing.
• Develop a configurable data platform for ELT/ETL and Reverse ETL connectors and transformations.
• Manage the storage, transformation, and management of relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures.
• Attend meetings based on EST timezone requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years building data products, platforms, or cloud data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark with 3+ years of experience building Data Warehouse models.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, Apache Flink, or Apache Pinot.
• Strong understanding of Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema) and OLTP.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Ability to work with cloud storage and data structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Apache Iceberg, Apache Hudi, or Apache Trino.
