Description

You will bridge the gap between data engineering and actionable analysis to support organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key metrics.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of new data collection and reporting methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience in an object-oriented language.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and code quality/promotion workflows.
• Experience with test-first practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
