You will handle technical support requests and manage data transformation processes.
Responsibilities
- Solve technical issues via phone or email using remote diagnostic techniques and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers through problem-solving steps and escalate unresolved tickets to higher-level support.
- Document all technical events, problems, and resolutions in internal logs.
- Transform raw client sales and asset data from various formats into standard files for system import.
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly data files to maintain sales and asset reporting.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in a technical or data-focused role.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Exposure to AWS environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
