Description

You will handle technical support requests and manage data transformation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Solve technical issues via phone or email using remote diagnostic techniques and troubleshooting.
  • Guide customers through problem-solving steps and escalate unresolved tickets to higher-level support.
  • Document all technical events, problems, and resolutions in internal logs.
  • Transform raw client sales and asset data from various formats into standard files for system import.
  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly data files to maintain sales and asset reporting.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a technical or data-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
  • Knowledge of Java.
  • Exposure to AWS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree.
