Description

You will perform journey-level data analysis and research to support staff, programs, and operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis and extensive research on data to provide actionable results.
• Monitor and implement data quality standards across datasets.
• Develop and implement customer-centric metrics and reporting solutions.
• Support performance and quality improvement efforts through data visualization.
• Manage data analysis by posing thoughtful questions and gathering feedback from key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods.
• 4 years of experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
• 4 years of experience using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
• 4 years of experience with data visualization tools and developing front-end reporting solutions.
• 4 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, VLOOKUPs).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems.
• Experience working under limited supervision with independent judgment.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Tableau Desktop certification.
