Lead internal audits of data analytics and AI systems to assess model fairness, transparency, bias, and compliance.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of auditors and data specialists in planning and delivering risk-based audits centered on automation, data analytics, and AI.
• Oversee audits of AI systems, data pipelines, and digital platforms to evaluate model risk and automated controls.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of data governance and model risk management frameworks.
• Advise executive leadership on risks associated with AI adoption and algorithmic decision-making.
• Integrate data analytics and AI audit methodologies into the broader audit framework.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in internal/external audit or risk assurance, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Significant experience auditing or managing risks in machine learning, data analytics, or AI environments.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong background in IT risk, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Experience performing risk assessments and managing stakeholder engagement across technology and business units.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
• K knowledge of AI governance frameworks like ISO/IEC 42001 or NIST AI Risk Framework.
