Responsibilities
Define and execute analyses to identify business performance trends and growth drivers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop operational dashboards for monitoring performance.
Build data models, pipelines, and collection processes to support organizational metrics.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop data pipeline architecture and actionable insights.
Communicate technical issues and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in quantitative and operational analyses within supply chain, planning, fulfillment, marketing, e-commerce, or order management.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with Tableau and data visualization tools.
Proven ability to manipulate large data sets to formulate insights and drive solutions.
Experience building data models and data pipelines.
Background in CX and/or Post Sales Operations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams on data architecture and metrics.
Preferred Skills
Ability to operate independently and lead change through data-driven insights.
