Drive business performance analysis, build data pipelines, and develop operational dashboards to identify growth drivers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute quantitative analyses to identify business performance trends and growth drivers.
• Build data models, pipelines, and collection processes to support organizational metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop operational dashboards for monitoring performance.
• Communicate technical issues and data-driven insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative and operational analyses within supply chain, planning, fulfillment, marketing, e-commerce, or order management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Tableau and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to manipulate large data sets to formulate insights and drive solutions.
• Experience building data models and data pipelines.
• Background in CX and/or Post Sales Operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on data architecture and metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to operate independently and lead change through data-driven insights.
