Description

• Supports the design, development, and enhancement of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions aligned to business needs.
• Builds and maintains interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Assists in developing and maintaining applications, forms, and workflows in Oracle APEX to support business processes.
• Contributes to ETL processes to integrate data from various internal and external sources.
• Applies data validation checks and follows established data quality and governance standards to ensure accuracy of reporting outputs.
• Performs data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.
• Works with business stakeholders and team members to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Helps maintain and improve data models, queries, and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Utilizes SQL and BI tools to develop and support reporting solutions while following team best practices.

Assists in reviewing and updating existing reports and dashboards to improve performance, usability, and alignment with standards.

• Domain Knowledge - Healthcare related Data (ex. EDI related 837 transaction claims, eligibility, enrollment, remittance, OR Adjudication HRP experience)
• Programming - Strong SQL Experience, will go through SQL coding round - need foundational knowledge. Complex queries, joins, analytic functions (Oracle and SQL Server are both ok)
• PL SQL nice to have in Senior candidates

PowerBI - or other Reporting Tools (just fundamentals for data modeling)

• Open to more junior 3-5 years for 1 role, other role is senior 8-10 yrs

Open to candidates who have scripting (Oracle Apex Developer, Python, etc.)
