Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partners with business teams to develop process improvements, solutions, and streamline operational workflows.
• Applies professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on the analysis of information.
• May occasionally provide informal guidance or on the job training to new or lower-level team members.
• Communicates with tact and diplomacy to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information with project stake holders or internal parties.
• Works and coordinates with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, and technologists.
• Report Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process.
• Defines detailed business data requirements and documenting them.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets.

Experience Required: 2-5 years' experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred.

Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
