Description

Analyze data and manage governance to improve operational workflows and ensure data quality for business stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to develop process improvements and streamline operational workflows.
• Define detailed business data requirements and document them accurately.
• Interpret data and results using professional judgment, ensuring attention to detail.
• Report Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information to project stakeholders and internal parties.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience defining and implementing Data Quality programs.
• Proficiency in Tableau and SQL for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Management, and Database Structures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
• Familiarity with Internal Controls and Risk Management frameworks.
• Experience providing informal guidance or on-the-job training to junior team members.
