You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-impact data analytics solutions for the financial services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architects and analysts to execute data strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Architect and oversee data platforms across SQL Server, Snowflake, and Power BI for performance and governance.
• Drive data architecture, modeling, and warehouse development for alternative investment strategies.
• Establish data governance frameworks ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for private markets.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions and visualizations for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program or project management within capital markets or financial services.
• Expertise in SQL Server, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and Azure Cloud Data Platforms.
• Deep domain knowledge of private markets, including private equity, private credit, and CLOs.
• Proven experience with big data technologies and modern data architecture.
• Track record of delivering large-scale data initiatives with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degrees such as an MBA or MS in Computer Science.
• Certifications including CFA, Snowflake Certified Architect, or Microsoft Power BI Certified.
