Description

You own the delivery of concurrent, enterprise-scale data programs, spanning data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, governance, and regulatory initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run a portfolio-level delivery model, balancing priorities across business units, geographies, and stakeholders.
• Drive disciplined execution using Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies based on program context.
• Oversee delivery across core data domains: data platforms, data engineering & integration, analytics & BI, AI/advanced analytics, and data governance.
• Manage delivery budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend across the portfolio.
• Serve as a senior delivery partner to business leaders, product owners, and technology executives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technology or data delivery, leading large, complex programs.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, or AI initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong experience with Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working closely with or reporting into a Chief Data Officer or equivalent executive role.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, system integrators, and global teams.
• Expertise in translating complex technical delivery topics into clear business-level updates.
• Education: Any Graduate.
