Lead high-impact analytics initiatives, bridging strategic goals with technical execution across the analyst team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics and reporting initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to align on goals and translate strategic questions into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain scalable, governed data models and business-facing dashboards across merchandising, marketing, inventory, and operations.
• Manage the analytics backlog, prioritizing intake, tracking, and providing visibility into delivery timelines and risks.
• Guide team members and unblock complex projects as a senior analytical resource.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong experience with modern cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake.
• Experience working with BigQuery and Databricks.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous analytics projects from concept to completion.
• Proven capability to build scalable, governed dashboards and data models for self-serve use cases.
• Experience managing analytics workflows and delivery timelines using tools like Jira.
• Strong business judgment regarding retail performance drivers (merchandising, marketing, inventory, operations).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years tenure in current or previous leadership roles.
