You will develop data-driven insights to improve client experience through analysis, visualization, and experimentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators.
• Analyze customer data to uncover trends and patterns impacting client experience.
• Collaborate with teams to design and execute experiments testing hypotheses.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Use statistical techniques to analyze large and complex datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong command of SQL and Python.
• Experience with Tableau for visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud-based, big data environments (AWS preferred).
• Extraordinary analytical skills to draw insights from disparate data sources.
• Ability to process, visualize, and communicate data findings to various audiences.
• Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate level degree in an analytic/quantitative field.
• Experience with advanced statistical methods like regression or time series analysis.
