ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior BI Contractor – MA Stars Dashboarding to build and enhance Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars performance dashboards and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MA Stars reporting, Tableau dashboard development, Snowflake, and SQL. You will develop field-facing dashboards, deliver actionable healthcare insights, leverage AI-assisted workflows, and ensure PHI/HIPAA-compliant data handling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain MA Stars performance dashboards in Tableau.
• Build reporting datasets and analytical models using Snowflake and SQL.
• Create field-facing dashboards to monitor Stars performance and KPIs.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, and semantic layer querying.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Ensure PHI/HIPAA-compliant handling of healthcare data.
• Optimize query performance and validate data quality.
• Support ongoing healthcare analytics initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3–5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience.
• Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars analytics experience.
• Tableau Dashboard Development.
• Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL.
• AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, and semantic layer querying.
• PHI / HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.
• HL7 ADT message format knowledge.
• Recent experience in Healthcare data domain.

NICE TO HAVE

• Healthcare quality metrics and payer analytics.
• Cloud data platforms.
• Python or analytics automation experience
