Description

You will lead enterprise Data & Analytics programs within a PMO environment, driving large-scale initiatives and aligning business and technology teams to deliver measurable value in a regulated financial setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale Data and Analytics initiatives across the enterprise.
• Align business and technology teams to program objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure governance, manage risks, and maintain compliance for all initiatives.
• Deliver measurable business value within a regulated financial services context.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• 3–5+ years managing Data, Analytics, or Technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery skills.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs in high-growth environments.
