Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs, aligning them with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplinary projects, managing timelines, scope, resources, and measurable business impact against PMO standards.
• Facilitate alignment among business leaders, technology teams, governance bodies, and executive stakeholders.
• Act as the accountability point for program status, reporting to senior leadership and the Chief Data & Analytics Officer.
• Ensure program compliance with enterprise data architecture, governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Define and track KPIs and value realization metrics to ensure programs deliver trusted data and valuable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong program/project management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives, preferably in data and analytics or technology.
• 7–10 years in program/project management, with 3–5 years focused on data and analytics or technology programs.
• Expertise in Stakeholder Management and managing executive-level relationships.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for program budgets and vendor contracts.
• Experience with Change Management to drive awareness and adoption of program goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
