Description

You will own the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplinary projects, managing timelines, scope, resources, and measurable business impact against PMO standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, technology teams, governance bodies, and executive stakeholders.
• Act as the central point of accountability for program status, reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage internal teams, contractors, and external vendor partners, overseeing budgets and resource allocation.
• Define and track KPIs and value realization metrics to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years in program/project management.
• 3–5 years focused on data and analytics or technology programs.
• Program/project management experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Experience ensuring program compliance with enterprise data architecture and governance.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
