Description

You will lead project teams through the end-to-end lifecycle of data and analytics initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of cloud migration and enterprise system projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage end-to-end execution across all functions for data and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with business users to define requirements for order management and fulfillment systems, including SAP ERP modules.
• Develop work plans covering strategic goals, milestones, task sequencing, and critical paths.
• Manage project scope to minimize creep and implement methodologies for tracking unexpected enhancements.
• Coach team members to improve process execution, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing data and analytics projects with a focus on data engineering.
• Proven track record in Cloud migration project management (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Basic understanding of SAP ERP systems, specifically FICO and OTC modules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining data confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in environments without formalized guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
