Description

You will design, test, and oversee proofs of concept for new communications technologies and strategies within the Guest Communications team. You will evaluate POC effectiveness, validate impact through rigorous analysis, and recommend broader implementation. You will identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance communication performance and continuously optimize results. You will define operational performance gaps, trends, and risks, then drive root cause analysis and action plans to resolve failure points. You will own documentation and training for guest communications rules and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee proofs of concept for new communications technologies, processes, and strategies.
• Evaluate POC effectiveness and recommend strategies for broader implementation.
• Monitor initiative impact and continuously optimize for better results using data analysis.
• Surface operational performance gaps and drive root cause problem identification.
• Own documentation and training on rules and processes for Guest Communications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, technology/process innovation, or communications.
• Proven experience managing communication processes and systems.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication strategies.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance communication and service delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business, product, and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
