Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies that improve overall business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and provide analytical support.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in data analytics and consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
• Expert-level SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies.
• Project management experience.
