You will lead quantitative analyses, build statistical models, and deliver strategic insights through data automation and executive reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy statistical models using hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
• Optimize e-commerce funnels, retention strategies, and key performance metrics.
• Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using UDP and Power BI.
• Automate data pipelines and processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance standards to ensure data quality.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong expertise in Statistics, A/B testing, and Hypothesis testing.
• Experience with Regression and Product Analytics.
• Advanced Data Visualization skills using UDP and Power BI.
• Proven ability in Data Automation and building scalable data workflows.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• B.E. or B.Tech degree.
