You will lead the analytics team, overseeing daily operations, project lifecycles, and performance analysis to drive efficiency and meet client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team activities and ensure deliverables align with internal client requirements.
• Track operational performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments to manage capacity planning, volume forecasts, headcount projections, and resource allocation.
• Analyze data to drive improvements at the company, team, and individual levels.
• Mentor team members through feedback and training to enhance performance and ensure policy adherence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or planning.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Google Data Studio.
• Advanced data analysis skills with statistical packages including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Competency in database management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
