Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions on cloud platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure Snowflake data warehouses to meet business requirements.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using AWS Lambda, Glue, EMR, Python, and Spark.
• Execute Snowflake design reviews and resolve complex technical problems.
• Optimize query performance through tuning, sort keys, and distribution key design.
• Build dashboards and self-service reporting tools using Qlik, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Cloud Data Platforms, specifically AWS.
• Proven experience with at least one or two end-to-end Snowflake implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including ECS, Fargate, S3, RDS, and Athena.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, and writing AWS Lambda and Glue jobs.
• 8+ years of Object Oriented programming experience, preferably in Java.
• 5+ years of Java SpringBoot development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Docker containers.
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and messaging.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
