Description

You will apply quantitative modeling and software engineering principles to transform large datasets into actionable business insights.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build quantitative models using R, Python, and SQL to solve complex analytical problems.
• Ingest and manipulate large datasets from Teradata, Oracle, and Hadoop.
• Develop data visualization tools and dashboards using Dash, Plotly, and Flask.
• Implement software engineering best practices including TDD, XP, and OO design principles.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in quantitative modeling.
• Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python with Pandas.
• Experience with Teradata, Oracle, and Hadoop.
• Strong understanding of correlation, optimization, clustering, and time series analysis.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and Cloud native concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, and GitHub.
• Full stack web development skills including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AngularJS, or React JS.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry and Azure Cloud.
