Description

Own strategic control testing engagements and productionize AI/ML solutions to surface gaps, automate testing, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic control testing using analytics to identify gaps and drive actionable remediation for business-as-usual breaks.
• Build and productionize AI/ML solutions including classification, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and entity resolution alongside GenAI workflows.
• Automate end-to-end testing and control processes using Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau, and workflow/RPA platforms.
• Design statistical tests and ML-based monitors for policy, legal, and regulatory compliance aligned to audit governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, ensure explainability, and maintain high-quality reporting on systemic issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in risk management or financial services (compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, or BPM).
• Proficiency in Python and R for data science and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and GenAI workflows.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality reduction.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and workflow/RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage tracking, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with APIs integration and large dataset pipeline construction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RAG and prompt engineering for document parsing and policy mapping.
• Proficiency in translating KYC/CO&D requirements into measurable tests and rules.
