Lead large-scale data and analytics programs while managing key customer relationships and delivery excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery and zero escalations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive business value.
• Collaborate with Sales to formulate account growth strategies, respond to RFPs, and drive proactive proposals.
• Navigate organizational complexities to deliver data cloud modernization programs in multi-vendor environments.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to optimize gross margins and customer service.

Required Skills

• 18-25 years of total professional experience.
• 8+ years in a techno-managerial role focused on Delivery Management or IT engagement.
• Deep technical expertise in Snowflake and Databricks.
• Hands-on engineering background with experience in Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Proven track record of delivering data projects and data management within consulting or software organizations.
• Experience managing large programs in complex, multi-vendor scenarios.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles and relationship management.
• Ability to drive cross-functional solutions and communicate effectively across internal departments.
