Description

Lead the Data & Analytics function, driving enterprise data strategy and end-to-end delivery of data engineering programs on Microsoft Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering and analytics programs, overseeing Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure AD.
• Drive Master Data Management initiatives using SAP MDG and implement enterprise data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Build, manage, and scale high-performing Data & Analytics teams across engineering and delivery functions.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and global leadership to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, resource planning, and delivery performance while driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics leadership and delivery management.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure data platforms, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, SAP MDG, and Master Data Management (MDM) implementations.
• Experience leading data engineering, analytics, and cloud transformation programs at scale.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale delivery and service operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, data integration, and cloud analytics reporting.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Experience with enterprise reporting solutions and cloud modernization initiatives.
