Lead a team of NLP annotation experts to fine-tune AI/ML tools in the real estate sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in reviewing and evaluating annotated data to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to optimize model performance and provide feedback for improved accuracy.
• Develop and maintain clear annotation guidelines and best practices for non-native English speakers.
• Establish Ground Truth data by providing training data and leading training sessions for annotation judges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on NLP projects involving transcription, localization, or translation.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, coordinating meetings, and conducting training sessions.
• Strong ability to deliver feedback and manage complex processes.
• High level of attention to detail and analytical skills regarding language subtleties.
• Experience working collaboratively with ML engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
• Knowledge of AI/ML principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with copywriting, UX authoring, or content development for voice and brand guidelines.
• Background in machine-generated speech evaluation, search results evaluation, or search query categorization.
• Experience creating annotation or evaluation guidelines that drive efficiency.
