Description

You will design and build data ingestion and ETL pipelines within hybrid data and analytics environments.

Responsibilities

• Build data ingestion and ETL pipelines to move data from Oracle, HANA, and DB2 into Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize ETL jobs for high-volume data processing in heterogeneous data warehouses.
• Collect data from API endpoints like Jira and ServiceNow to feed downstream systems via Kafka and APIs.
• Create and manage data replication pipelines into Azure cloud environments.
• Document as-is and to-be processes to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with DataStage, ADF, Matillion, and Qlik.
• 5+ years of experience using Snowflake and Databricks.
• Expertise in building dimensional data models.
• Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in working with Oracle, IBM DB2, and SAP HANA.
• Experience with ETL processes for large-scale, complex data volumes.
• Experience with data ingestion into Azure platforms.

Preferred Skills

• DataStage 11.7.X experience.
• Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Tivoli Workflow Scheduler (TWS), Maestro, or BMC Control-M.
