You will define and defend data models while driving hands-on implementation of scalable data solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend data models across various domains to ensure clarity for application and enterprise architectures.
• Drive technical direction within embedded teams, maintaining comfort with ambiguity.
• Implement hands-on data solutions and address reactive system issues.
• Scale processes, reduce single points of failure, and eliminate redundancies.
• Contribute to reusable infrastructure and evolving architecture standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Teradata.
• Experience with Kafka, Confluent, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on implementation experience with AWS.
• Production-level coding in Python and SQL.
• Experience implementing Microservices or Data Mesh patterns.
• Familiarity with data modeling tools like ERwin or ER/Studio.
• Experience using Git, Jira, and monitoring tools like CloudWatch.
