Description

Lead enterprise data architecture, migration strategy, and data modeling for large-scale systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data architecture and migration strategy efforts.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Architect integrations across enterprise systems including reporting, CRM, LMS, and identity management platforms.
• Define data governance standards, data quality processes, and lifecycle management practices.
• Partner with PMO teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data roles.
• Strong experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality strategies.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and APIs.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise data migration initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Higher education ERP or SIS experience, specifically with Ellucian Banner or Colleague.
• Experience with SaaS transformation and enterprise data governance initiatives.
