Description

You will lead the evolution of our data architecture and manage a team of data professionals. You own the release pipeline, system performance tuning, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable data architectures, optimizing system performance through regular tuning.
• Develop and manage Azure data pipelines to handle complex data volumes.
• Implement data pipeline-based solutions for storage, processing, and security using Azure Data Lake and Databricks.
• Create and deploy data models and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Manage a team of data professionals, overseeing project allocation, workflows, and professional development.

Required Skills

• 12-18 years of experience in data architecture and SQL Server-based platforms.
• Expertise in Azure Data Pipelines, Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in team management and workflow oversight.
• Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with issue tracking and resolution in complex data ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies.
• Additional certifications in AI/ML.
