You will design and oversee enterprise data management frameworks to ensure integrity, governance, and architectural consistency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute core data management activities including Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
• Implement Master Data Management strategies and maintain data classification standards.
• Analyze data transversally to prevent siloed solutions and ensure architectural consistency.
• Facilitate workshops to drive data adoption and coach Data Stewards and team members.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation through analytical problem-solving.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Metadata Management.
• Proven experience in Master Data Management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with API integration.
• Fluent in English and at least one of: Dutch, French, or German.
• Ability to apply rational thinking to challenge stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and IT project leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Privacy, Data Security, and CIA Measures.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data, and Data Modeling.
• Background in the Utilities or Energy sectors, specifically working with Transmission System Operators.
