Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models and pipelines for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure timely delivery of data solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and analytics solution design.
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud services for data engineering and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake and modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of database performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with big data processing engines and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
• Strong stakeholder communication and customer management skills.
