Description

You will lead the technical analysis and data planning for an Enterprise Licensing and Permitting platform modernization. Your focus is harmonizing three existing platforms into a single environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis and data planning to consolidate existing platforms.
• Document current data environments and recommend improvements for data collection and quality.
• Create technical artifacts, use case documents, and definitions for procurement and system integration.
• Oversee data cleansing and transformation efforts across current applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop a long-term data strategy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from diverse sources, including SQL tables, data warehouses, and Excel.
• Strong ability to design processes that operationalize data for business decision-making.
• Proven capability in documenting complex business and technical requirements.
• Ability to identify data patterns, trends, and code problems through rigorous report and query analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
