You will design and build the core data infrastructure for HR analytics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and model scalable, efficient Snowflake data models for HR analytics and KPI reporting.
• Develop and optimize integrations between Workday, Snowflake, and downstream analytics platforms.
• Define and enforce data governance, quality, and metadata management standards.
• Monitor and tune ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure high-performance data transformation.
• Partner with HR, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate business logic into governed data assets.

Required Skills

• 15+ years experience with ELT frameworks (e.g., dbt) and modern data architecture patterns (Data Vault, Medallion Architecture).
• 12+ years hands-on experience with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 2) and historical data management.
• 10+ years proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• 10+ years experience building and supporting data warehouses for HR and People Analytics domains.
• 10+ years familiarity with HR processes, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong experience in Data Architecture, SQL, and Python.
• 10+ years experience in an enterprise environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday data integration specifically.
