Description

You will design and maintain the data infrastructure supporting HR analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Snowflake data models for HR analytics and KPI reporting.
• Develop and optimize data integrations between Workday, Snowflake, and downstream analytics platforms.
• Define and enforce data governance, quality, and metadata management standards.
• Monitor and tune ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure high-performance data transformation.
• Partner with HR and Analytics teams to translate business logic into governed data assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting solutions on Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in data transformation and pipeline optimization.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and data validation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Python for data engineering, automation, or orchestration.
• Experience designing data warehouses leveraging HR data for advanced reporting.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building data warehouses specifically for HR and People Analytics domains.
