You will architect and govern data models across banking domains, ensuring enterprise standards and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Customer, Account, Transaction, Product, Risk, and Compliance domains.
• Define enterprise data architecture standards and modeling best practices using Azure and Snowflake.
• Map data elements accurately from source systems to target systems and reverse engineer legacy systems.
• Partner with business, data engineering, and platform teams to build financial reporting solutions.
• Support Azure-based data platforms, optimizing models for performance and cost while documenting the full data development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Architecture.
• Proficiency in data component design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel.
• Experience modeling data using tools like ER Studio.
• Familiarity with Azure services, specifically ADLS and Azure SQL.
• Experience mapping data from source to target systems.
• Ability to reverse engineer systems and produce clear documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake data platforms.
• Background in banking or financial services domains.
