Description

Design and govern data models for banking domains while defining enterprise architecture standards for Azure and Snowflake platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Customer, Account, Transaction, Product, Risk, and Compliance domains.
• Define enterprise data architecture standards and modeling best practices aligned with Azure and Snowflake services.
• Map data elements from source systems to target systems, utilizing tools like ER Studio.
• Partner with business, data engineering, and platform teams to enable financial reporting solutions.
• Support Data Engineers in the development lifecycle and optimize models for performance, cost, and extensibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture and design.
• Proficiency in Azure services (ADLS, Azure SQL) and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience in SQL and Excel, including reverse engineering.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as ER Studio.
• Ability to develop clear, well-structured documents and presentations.
• Strong understanding of data components and platform optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FIS Horizon or IBIS.
• Familiarity with banking domain data structures.
