You will own the design, development, and management of enterprise data solutions focused on HR systems.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable data architecture for HR modules, including payroll, talent management, recruitment, benefits, and performance management.
Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate HR data from ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle), SaaS apps, and internal databases.
Ensure accurate, efficient, and secure data architecture for HR applications, reporting, and analytics.
Translate complex data concepts for business stakeholders across HR, IT, and analytics teams.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, or data engineering.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Strong experience with HR modules, specifically Oracle Hcm, Sap Hcm, or Preferably Workday.
Experience utilizing cloud platforms such as Aws or Azure for data storage and analytics.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data transformation or analysis.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
